Designed by WADS as a vibrant social spine along the water, the project redefines public space through layered pathways, sculpted greenery, elevated terraces, and curated experiential moments.

At the heart of the concept lies a seamless dialogue between nature and structure. Organic circulation flows around iconic focal elements, from sculptural installations and blossom trees to dynamic F and B pavilions overlooking the marina. Every curve, planting composition, and lighting gesture is carefully orchestrated to create rhythm, intimacy, and visual drama from sunrise to late night.

The boulevard is not simply a promenade. It is a destination. Rooftop lounges, shaded pergolas, waterfront decks, and immersive garden pockets shape a multi sensory experience that evolves throughout the day, reinforcing Al Futtaim’s vision for a contemporary lifestyle hub.
