WADS presents Social Distrikt at Al Othaim Park – Dammam, a visionary dining destination inspired by the dynamic spirit of contemporary food halls. Designed as a vibrant social hub, the concept blends urban energy with refined modern aesthetics to create an immersive hospitality experience.

The interior design is driven by the idea of urban flow, expressed through curved pathways and bold directional floor graphics that guide movement throughout the space. Sculptural LED-lit columns with geometric patterns act as architectural landmarks, while moody ambient lighting and subtle neon accents add a futuristic edge.

A balanced material palette of raw concrete finishes, dark ceilings, warm wood, and integrated olive trees creates harmony between industrial character and natural warmth. Open-plan seating enhances flexibility and encourages social interaction, transforming the venue from a lively daytime destination into an atmospheric evening hotspot.
