The LOOP is a concept hospitality destination designed by WADS and presented to Al Futtaim as a visionary addition to Dubai Festival City.

Conceived as a continuous spatial journey, The LOOP moves fluidly between rooftop gardens, sculptural bars, library lounges, and immersive interior environments. The project reinterprets classical architectural language through a contemporary hospitality lens, creating a layered experience that feels both timeless and forward thinking.

Developed by WADS specifically for Al Futtaim within the context of Dubai Festival City, the concept explores how landscape, architecture, and social energy can merge into a seamless loop of movement and atmosphere. Arched façades, ornamental detailing, aged metals, and natural stone textures are balanced with lush botanical installations and refined lighting strategies that transition effortlessly from day to night.

The experience is not linear. It unfolds. It connects. It returns.

Envisioned as a landmark destination within Dubai Festival City, The LOOP reflects Al Futtaim’s ambition for elevated experiential environments while expressing WADS’ architectural language of narrative driven design.
